Do not enter protected health information (PHI), patient names, medical-record numbers, dates of birth, or other patient-identifiable information into Stepocrates.

Account and study data

To provide authenticated access and study functionality, Stepocrates may process account information such as an email address, authentication data, profile information, and study-session or performance data associated with an account.

Educational purpose

Information entered into the platform should be limited to educational and exam-preparation use. Stepocrates is not intended to function as an electronic health record, clinical messaging system, or repository for patient information.

Security

Protected study content is restricted to authenticated users. Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and should sign out on shared or institutional devices.
